In "Bountiful Baskets" by Sara Toliver, she explains everything from finding the right vessel (always thinking out of the box), how to pick the best items for packing, how to make and even how to run your own gift basket business.

Her basket gallery section covers everything from examples of gourmet, feminine, masculine, baby and child, family, all-occasion, professional, get well and unique.

On top of those examples, she lists 50 more ideas. She asks, "What is there favorite food or drink? What luxury would they love and would never buy for themself?" Build a basket around a theme that considers a special interest or special need.

Finally, the advice she gives for opening a gift basket business is extremely useful and nice. She does all of the homework for you.

I bought the book off of Amazon.com for a penny with $3.99 shipping. Well worth the money. It comes in handy around the holidays, especially.
