In The Cookie Bible, by Publications International, Ltd., every aspect of cookie baking is covered.

At the beginning, discussed are the various ingredients, equipment, techniques, gift wrapping and mailing/shipping. Following are solutions for problems. Then, baking substitutions.

After all of above is discussed, there are over 150 cookie recipes. The book states that who doesn't like cookies? It goes on to say that they are not difficult and may create wonderful memories, establish family traditions, bring friends together and relieve stress!

If you are a beginner cookie baker or a professional cookie baker, this book is awesome and for you. The Cookie Bible contains (obviously) every cookie recipe imaginable.

I borrowed this book from the library but like it so much that I might order it from a bookstore or buy it on Amazon.com!
