In the book The Creative Christmas Kitchen by Anne Childs, the author touches upon two (2) things:
Leiann Lynn Rose Spontaneo
Combine these two (2) things, and you will not be stressed, you will be creating something unique and may buy almost every ingredient at your local dollar store.
I am sharing with you some of Ms. Childs' ideas...
Almond Pancake Mix Mix all of the modest ingredients together than, as the author suggests, make a sack with material and
a ribbon to place the mix in. For an added touch, place on a griddle with spatula for useful presentation with directions.
Place the almond pancake mix in a jar with a ribbon!
Look for spatulas and griddles at yard sales over the summer monthes!
Orange-Nutmeg Tea Mix Only four (4) small ingredients involved. The author has some technical way of presenting with a box.
Place the mix in a jar with a ribbon and directions!
Chocolate-Mint Cheese Ball Mix Three (3) ingredients! Once you grind the ingredients, place in plastic bags. Stick the plastic bags in individual brown paper sacks with a ribbon and directions.
Chocolate-Almond Coffee Mix A real treat to give to those coffee-lovers in your life. Cheaper than buying specialty flavored coffee
by the bag in stores. Attach the ingredients and directions for a gift that keeps on giving!
Look for small jelly jars at yard sales during the summer to place the mix in with an attached bow.
So... Whether breakfast or snack, morning coffee or evening tea, The Creative Christmas Kitchen has you covered.
Don't you feel better knowing that next Christmas, you can give from your cozy little kitchen with gifts? If you buy this book, it will help you stop stressing, guide you in being unique and make sure your wallet is happy.
