In Super Simple Breakfasts: Easy No-Bake Recipes For Kids by Nancy Tuminelly, the recipes are an easy way to explain to kids how delicious breakfast can be and how this cookbook teaches just that!

On page 18, is the waffle sandwich. Those of us without common sense would have never have thought of this one. Simply place peanut butter, jam and sliced bananas in-between two (2) toaster waffles!

Page 20 is rise -n- shine rollup. Simply wrap some cream cheese, brown sugar and two (2) thinly sliced apples in a tortilla!

Page 22 is a smoothie recipe shake! shake! shake! This has only four (4) ingredients, including pineapple chunks, a banana, milk and vanilla.

Right now, I am loving this cookbook! I would definitely buy it for myself (or make Xerox copies from a library's copy!). My favorite is the waffle sandwich. I, personally, do not like breakfast. This is such a simple way of actually wanting breakfast instead of loathing!

A total thumbs-up!
