This cookbook by Favorite All Time Recipes is good for diabetics who want some tasty soups and salads.
This cookbook has only 64 pages, so I only have listed a chosen few recipes to describe this tiny gem.
In the Side Salad Section, there is a recipe for Italian Crouton Salad. Total yum. This recipe calls for French or Italian bread. I think it would go so good with a huge pasta feast!
In the Main-Course Salads Section, there is a recipe called Mediterranean Chicken Salad. No more buying expensive chicken salads at restaurants! You can make it yourself!
In the same Section, there is a recipe for Turkey Club Salad. In a hurry? Make a quick dash for the local store deli and get thin slices of turkey breast for this recipe. All you then will need is lettuce, tomatoes, bacon bits and ranch dressing. Dinner in a flash!
Finally, Main-Course Salads boasts Gazpacho Shrimp Salad. This recipe is a little different and a little more complicated. Calling for salsa, vinegar, olive oil, garlic, lettuce, tomato, avocado, cucumber, shrimp and cilantro, it just stands out and makes me want to give it a whirl.
