In Farewell To Fat Cookbook, by Richard Simmons, comical names are used with neat ideas to make exploring new recipes fun!

First is "FOR OPENERS". I think his recipe for Mini Ha-Ha Pizza is adorable and sounds yum. Easy ingredients with easy instructions. Personally, I think this recipe is wonderful for snacking and saving money. A real treat!

Next is "LUNCH TIME!" I could not find one that met my requirements.

Following is "NOT JUST ANOTHER HEAD OF LETTUCE". A question was answered that I have always wanted to know...why peel a potato when one makes potato salad? The skin is so full of nutrients! Well, RIchard Simmons said his Mother would not peel the potatoes. Finally! Well, now I have a recipe for potato salad that even I can make and agree with! It is called My Mother's Potato Salad a LIttle Remodeled on page 77.

Then, there is "AT HOME ON THE RANGE", "SIDE BY SIDE BY SIDE" and "SOMETHIN' SMELLS GOOD!". Again, sections that did not meet my requirements.

Although there were quite a few duds, there were also quite a few gems. If you are unsure whether-or-not to buy the cookbook, check it out of your local library. The recipes liked are definitely not boring!
