This issue of First For Women is not jam-packed, but does have a few cute little tidbits.

First, if you suffer from too much belly fat, have a cup of raw berries on an empty stomach every morning. The enzymes, antioxidants and water in berries help break down toxins and thin out lymph as the lymph system is the body's waste disposal system. Within 5 days, the fluid will move freely through the body and should have your belly shrinking.

On page 36, in a study by Sleep Medicine, it was found that people who curl up in bed at night with a paper book will fall asleep 28% faster. Digital devices trigger the brain into thinking it is daytime.

Then, on page 89, there is an article about coupons and Amazon. Well, Amazon has coupons! All you have to do is type "coupons" on the search bar. There is a whole section devoted to coupons. "Clip" on the coupons you want and place them in your "coupon book". When you place an item in your cart, the coupon is placed in your cart as well. Neat, huh?
