In this issue, I am happy to announce that it is full of good and practical ideas!

magazine cover

On page 46, there is an article that states good deeds stop the harmful effects of stress. In a study, participants that did nice gestures in hectic days experienced less tension and fewer blue moods than those who did not.

On page 58, there is a delicious recipe for lemon-herb roasted potatoes with prep done in the microwave so you may devour within minutes!

Also, on page 59, there is a recipe for cheesy parmesan garlic bread where the garlic is subtle without too much raw bite and infused with olive oil.

Hungry for lasagna but too tired to make it? Easy! On page 72, there is a chart explaining to: in a 9 x 13 layer a jar of marinara with 1 package of cooked ravioli with sliced mozzarella...cover and bake at 204.44 degrees Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes!

Is your garden full of pests? Either place coffee grounds around your plants or bury an empty yogurt jar filled with beer. The strong scent of coffee keeps the pests away. The pests will crawl into the yogurt cups and won't be able to get out.

Want to make some spare money? Do you have unwanted books? Sell books quickly by going to independent bookstore All you have to do is type in the ISBN. When they make an offer you may be paid by PayPal or virtual credit at their site.

So, all in all, this magazine issue is well worth the cost. However, if you would like to know further fast, go to: First For Women
