For a neat cookout, there is an easy slider recipe. Place 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts in your crockpot and cover with 2 cups barbecue sauce and 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce then cook on HIGH for 4 hours. Shred then place back in sauce and serve with buns and coleslaw. Yum!

There is a recipe for Pink Lemonade Perfection that is loaded with body-healing phytonutrients to boost metabolism and balance blood sugar. Simply combine 2 Tbs. unsweetened cranberry juice, 2 Tbs. lemon juice and 2 Tbs. maple syrup with 1 cup cold water. Stir well before adding ice. Makes 1 serving. Yum!

You might have an instant cooler in your yard...a wheelbarrow! Easy to move even when full!

Got a wasp problem? Mix 2 cups of water and 1/2 cup of sugar and bring to boil. Once cool, pour it into a water bottle and leave uncovered a few feet away from where you are sitting.

Did you paint and got paint on your hands? Pour some sugar into each palm THEN wash with soap and water---the abrasive sugar granules will gently scrape off any pigment that is stuck on your skin.
