This issue of First For Women was really interesting. I will highlight what I found to be most important.

On pages 40 and 41, I found 2 no-sweat ways of losing weight...take water breaks to boost metabolism by 30% and wear comfy clothes to increase calorie burn by 10%. That is all you have to do! Not bad, huh?

Then, the magazine has an interview of Wonder Woman star Lynda Carter. How does she stop stress? She gets lost in a book and de-clutters her house. Simple, huh?

Pages 48 and 49 focus on secrets to happy energy. To end brain fog, color in a coloring book and increase productivity with photography! Simple too!

So, if you are interested in simple ways to live, this is the issue to read!
