In the Woman's World July 20, 2015 issue, a real relief according, to page 13, courtesy, of breakthrough research, to fix, a little everyday annoyance that keeps you, from feeling, your best: Vitamin D. Taking the recommended 600IU, of vitamin D-3, daily is an inexpensive way, to tame chronic pain, no pharmacy needed! The proof: In a new study, in the journal "Pain Medicine", patients low, on Vitamin D, experienced the most chronic pain, while those, with adequate D experienced far fewer aches.

Following, on page 16, the magazine asks if one oftens feel blue then, to try, resveratrol. Taking 250mg, to 500mg, of this grape skin extract, daily, can drop blood pressure 11 points, in two monthes, reveals a Chinese study. Resveratrol revs your body's production, of nitric oxide, a chemical that loosens the muscles wrapped around your artery walls, says cardiologist William Gruss, M.D. There is even a bonus: as resveratrol also raises production, of natural antidepressant hormones, cutting the risk, of blue moods, 50%.

Then, according to page 32, to make dinner, in a jiffy, arrange plain or flavored flour tortillas, in a single layer, on work surface. Spread, with creamy, Italian dressing. Top, with spinach and/or fresh basil leaves, then deli-sliced turkey, tomato slices and mozzarella cheese. Fold, in two opposites ends, tightly roll up each tortilla. Serve, with chips and additional dressing, for dipping.
