In Woman's World Magazine, February 20, 2017 issue, there are quite a few tips on how to make a woman happy!

Page 8 goes on to discuss how the Danish are happy and how to achieve that happiness right in your own home, also! It is called hygge, which is the sensation we get when we are with the people we love and a feeling of being home...a coziness of the soul.

Cozy up with a candle. Danes do this during the dark winter monthes. It unleashes happiness chemicals in the brain.

Create a comfort kit. Anything from a delicious chocolate, to a book, to a favorite tea, to favorite family photos. This is good to take out when you are feeling stressed. This is a good happiness habit that helps protect your health..

Start a notebook. Journal about the best moments of the past week, year, etc. This enhances hygge.

Share comfort. Small get-togethers with familiar folks. To boost the benefit, serve a special treat, such as cups of rich homemade hot chocolate.
