In this issue, there were not too many interesting articles, but I did find three tidbits to be useful.
On page 13, it is stated that four cups of coffee every day will not dehydrate you but actually hydrates just as if were drinking water!
Then, alcoholic & non-alcoholic beer cuts the risk of osteoporosis. They contain compounds that spur bone growth.
Finally, good news for peanut butter and jam lovers! 3 Tbs. of peanut butter every day improves blood sugar control better than snacking on peanuts. Personally, I consume alot of peanut butter and jam as snacks and find this article to be stating the right thing.
So, all in all, these two tidbits are useful...and easy on the wallet!
