This issue of Woman's World Magazine has a few useful articles, from belly fat to easy tasty dinners.
On page 16, there are explained ways of losing belly fat. The article states to eat more bread, eat high-fat foods, do yoga and occasionally limit calories. Then, eat colorful produce, walk for three minutes every-so-often and even sip wine.
On page 23, in an article by Kristina Mastrocola, there are ways shown on how to make spare money. There is a website called ListVerse that pays $100.00 for making "top ten" lists on anything! On page 34, I found two recipes delicious and easy to prepare, Italian Bread Pizza and Chicken/ Vegetable Ramen Noodles. They are both also frugal!
