In this issue, I found plenty of practical, useful and wonderful ideas.
On page 18 and 19, there is a very practical way of losing weight...called "bulletproof" coffee. Instead of having a usual breakfast, one has this coffee instead. Hideko Elizondo read the book "The Bulletproof Diet" and lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks! All one does is brew 2 cups of coffee, place it in blender with 1-2 Tbs. grass-fed butter and 1-2 Tbs. coconut oil then blend until there is foam on top. She urges people to go to:

Following, in an article by Michelle Abrams, on page 22, where a young boy named Nicholas Lowinger who started an organization to give children in shelters new sneakers, called "Gotta Have Sole". 45,000 children in homeless shelters in 47 states in the United States now have new sneakers. Finally, on page 42, it is stated that if you drink 1 Tbs. of honey at bedtime, you will get a deeper and more restorative sleep as it contains a compound called glycogen. Also, if you freeze ice cube trays with a mixture of honey and water, place a few cubes in your iced tea for a perfect amount of natural sweetness!
