There are a few ideas in this issue that I would like to share...

On the very third page, there is a sweet Vidalia onion dip recipe...simple and different.

Then, do you think potatoes are bad for you? Think again! Page 5 states that they are full of nutrients, including vitamin C, potassium and folate, according to studies in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

A trendy sandwich spread is on page 7...simply whisk together 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 3 tbs. canned cranberry sauce with a squeeze of lemon juice, then a dash of salt and pepper. Use it on burgers too!

Want ways to boost your being? Pages 14 and 15 say to stay all healthy all over---read! Reading is like a workout for your brain. Then, have more hobbies---such makes life more satisfying, strengthens immune system, reduces depression and improves sleep.

This issue may be bought by sending check or money order ($2.50 per U.S. copy. $5.50 per Canadian/foreign copy) to Woman's World, Back Issue Department, 270 Sylvan Avenue, Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, 07632 United States.
