Out of all the recipes in this cookbook, I favored three...Oriental Tuna and Green Beans Salad, Vegetable Enchilada and Tuna-Cabbage Buns. Tuna and vegetables are beyond cheap, beyond healthy and super easy to fix!
The next time you are at the grocery store, stock up on cans of tuna and a heads/bags of cabbage. Use up those leftover vegetables in the fridge.
