SlimFast is a meal replacement shake. It is an excellent source of protein, helps healthy blood sugar levels and is a good source of fiber.


If you want to lose weight, have two shakes each day with a one 500 calorie meal and three snacks of either fruit, veggies or a SlimFast snack bar.

You use one scoop mix with fat free milk. Stir and shake!

Personally, I use SlimFast as a quick breakfast or snack. It is energizing and refreshing.

SlimFast comes in vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. I use strawberry.
