There are techniques throughout like doing turkeys or chickens which personally I cannot do but now have easy steps on how-to.
1,500 photographs throughout make it step by step too!
Also included are 500 recipes! The recipes are so thorough and include anything and everything, including soups, appetizers, cakes, baked goods, roasting meat, filleting fish, etc.
Tons of advice.
What I also found (good when working on a RecipeYum recipe) is a measurement converter. This is good for when you are using the book from a different country and following the metric system.
