The Five Fold: Transform Yourself. Deepen Relationships And Build The Church Through Your Spiritual Gifts, by Jonah Jeremiah, is an easy read on an often tough and confusing subject, being, spiritual gifts...apostles, prophets, evangelists, shepards and teachers.

Beginning, the author states that each of the Five Fold reveals a side of Christ that the entire body needs to understand jointly to achieve unity.

To achieve this, there needs to be a "spark" to light the fire.

The first step is to learn to see how each person has a gift. We can know what they say and how they use their gift.

The second step is to find unity. When someone understands where you are coming from, like a reader of a book and the author of the book.

Then, the third step is to encourage. When you can acknowledge someone's gift, the best thing to light the spark is to encourage them as some gifts carry great burdens.

The book also goes on to say that the church does not succeed because of an individual. The church has power because of its body. Maybe start with a small group, a favorite pastor or with a person over a cup of coffee.

On the whole, this book gives descriptions of where you just might fit in. It is a nice eye-opener where people can see where and why a church is lacking and how they may repair.
