Weight Watchers Favorite Recipes: Over 280 Winning Dishes From Weight Watchers Members And Staff was published in 1986. I look for easy dishes to prepare for myself and to share with others. This cookbook has so many that I have post-it notes everywhere!

At the beginning, of the cookbook, is Rise and Shine: Breakfasts and Brunches.

In a quick hurry for breakfast? How about Tomato-Cheese Toast?
Want something that would normally be a sin? How about Chocolate-Peanut Butter Bars?
Want to drink your breakfast? How about Breakfast in a Glass 1 or 2?

The next part is To Whet Your Appetite: Appetizers, Hors d'Oeuvres and Soups.

Do you ever go to parties and want to devour the cheese balls? How about making the recipes for Party-Cheese-Nut Ball or Sesame Cheese Ball?
In a hurry and need a quick hostess gift? How about Zucchini Hors d'Oeuvres from the Microwave?

The following is the section From The Bar: Salads and Dressings.

This cookbook was bought at a yard sale but I am sure it can be found on-line and worth the money spent. Who needs to pay for Weight Watchers Meetings when you may follow the cookbooks they publish? A gift that keeps on giving to yourself!
